Messages from us mostly are in spam/junk folder. Please check there and add our addresses to whitelist.

What if not?

It means your email provider block emails from us and you need change email. Let us know in support ticket and we will start procedure to update your email. For security reasons we can't change your email just like that, we will contact you and let you know what to do next.
